To my mom, with love!

Hey guys,

You all are safe at your home sweet home right? And are you a victim of serious blackguards of your mom sweet mom.I hope ,every single inch of your body will shout out loud...YES.

Mom ! She is a non stop radio show! Complaining!

Everytime her tiny vigilant eyes notice us engaging in some foolish work, her anger slips off her tongue as bitter pieces of words.

But why? Sometimes we don't even know why we are being blamed.But still, she blames.As I am also going through such a harsh period with my darling momma,I thought of researching on this "highly inflammable nature of mothers at middle age".

Most of us have the memories of a blissful childhood spent with our mom.She was our childhood heroin.She was our best friend.We were the apple in her eyes.We had a very intimate bond.She was not aggressive.Fortunately she was young then!

Now she is short tempered.She does not tolerate our silly jokes.She looks haggard.She looks tired.Why?Is that because we are aging or she is getting old? This is a point to talk.

When this angel steps into her late forties, they lose their womanly crown; menstruation.She attains a crucial destination called menopause.My dear girly friends will argue like menstruation is not a gem crown but it is a crown of thorns.Yes...It is painful but that is what makes this world beautiful.Menstruation keeps life going on earth and keeps women nourished.

With menopause a lot of biochemical changes occure inside her body.Endocrine system is the factory which produces the precious biochemical messengers known as hormones.The fine manipulation of most bodily activities depends on hormones.With aging secretion of some hormones may either enhance or retard.This will bring about imbalances in functioning.

Collapse of the endocrine system is common for both genders with aging but the negative impact on women is remarkable.On top of all,alterations of the endocrine system is a serious issue.Due to the diminishing of secretion of oestrogen and progesterone ,mom's pituitary gland accelerates secretion of FSH.This will create a very bad impact on our mother sweet mother.

Her elegance may fade and her energy will collapse. The consequences would be bitter like anything ie; mental stress ,depression ,loss of libido,aggressiveness,fatigue ,osteoporosis ,urine incontinence and dryness of the skin.

It is pathetic to mention that ,our dearest mothers loose their personalities internally due to mental stress,depression and loss of libido.The physical incapabilities as well as mental detoriation molds our mom in to a hot tempered person.Her womanly figure within dry skin bleeds .Her withering eyes and painful joints are living testimonies of her fatigue.

The rat race of job culture and home-alone routine exert extra pressure .Her mental status drowns when she feel her loved ones are no more around her as before.The ultimate effect is the temper.Your mom shouts not because she is rude but because she is tired.

Years ago, hormone replacement therapy has been done to avoid the above consequences of menopause.But at present,specialists encourage the middle age female to get adhered to behavioural adjustments than seeking medication because they have discovered that hormonal therapy increases the risk of getting heart diseases,stroke,breast cancers and blood clotting .

Importantly,females at menopause should serve themselves a balanced diet at the right time with right propotion.They should avoid high fat and high sugar diets as much as possible.Getting used to an exercise schedule is essential to avoid obesity and improve mental wellbeing.It is great if they can avoid jolly good smoking and alcohol.

Cleanliness is a must for people of all ages and menopause is of no exception.Females should always try to protect the fresh feminine flowers blooming inside their flesh.They should pay at tension to their beauty and look good as they used to do when they were young.

Meditation and Yoga activities are good mind entertaining stuff which help to heal moms within.Extra attention should be paid on non communicable diseases such as diabetes,cholesterol and high blood pressure.Measures should be taken to get rid of these and victims should follow medication accurately.

A good sleep helps a good leap! Our dearest mothers should sink their messy heads in a comfy pillow every night.

Relationship is everything.It is very important to keep close contacts with loved ones and avoid toxic relationships to lead a peaceful journey .A religious institute , association or community centers for adults could be mentioned as positive options.

And we have a job!We should support our ever loving mother to get through this harsh period.She protected us so we should protect her.We should tolerate her anger.We should make her happy.We should pay attention for her grieviences.As a family,children and the spouse should uplift her mentality.It will nourish her withering life.Then only ,we can keep the warmth around the one and only momma who gave us warmth.
