London, Paris, Milan to New York and Corona

If you remember these cities first thing that come into your mind is these are the world’s most wealthiest cities. In other words everyone’s dream to be in their at last once in a life time. But no one would have ever think that these cities would be a grave yard for thousands humans in days or weeks.  

There is no question in this pandemic different countries adopt different methods.  Some time it is too early to predict what they are doing right or wrong. But important thing is looking at others and learn the lesson otherwise virus will do its job and will continue its chapter in the history.

Initially the virus starts in China and it didn’t take much time to shift into northern Italy and other part of the world. China already implemented their draconian method into the Wuhan population and seems to be get hold on the Virus.

When the crisis starts in Italy asked to follow the China or look into China method. But unfortunately more or less they denied strict Chinese method. Instead they had football match with 50000 participants. They had football match between Milan city and Spain city Valencia with nearly 50000 spectators from both cities. This is while part of the Italy was already been lock down. Spain city won the match and they kiss, hug and back to Spain with COVID. Now they believe that match was one reason for Spain outbreak as well as outbreak in Bergamo, Italy.

UK alarmed when Italy in crisis and they didn’t care it. It says UK is only three weeks behind  Italy and PM keep going on ask to wash the hands. No preparation for tests, ventilators, masks, PPE etc. Didn’t close the airport and people freely came from Italy after their midterm skating holidays. There are nearly 3million tourists visit each year to Italy from UK for their holidays. All these things happen in mid-February. 

Even they had Cheltenham Horse race festival from 16^th to 19^th March with participation of over 250000 spectators over 4 days. This was happen week before the official lock down in UK.

 Even when Spain starts their lock down in midnight four planes from UK with holidaymakers to Spain already on mid-air and had to return.

US warn from beginning and it is not secret to whole world how the Trump responds. So when WHO said test, test isolate nobody seems to take it into any consideration and keep going on with their saga. None of them seems to be care about human lives and economy was their concern. Throughout this crisis this kind of unforgivable irresponsible decisions are enough.

It accept that Germany comparatively did the best during the crisis compare to their  European counter parts. It says Germany has 1500 labs to check the virus and  UK had only 100. The impact of the testing clearly manifest from no of deaths. Still Germany’s health system is not overwhelm (They think they may behind and same time says they flatten the curve). Now they even accepting patients from France and Italy to reduce the burden on two neighboring countries. So if we want to step ahead of the game or the virus is test and test is the answer. Corona virus is seems to be rewriting the history. It seems none of the country in the world is having so called better health care. Virus doesn’t care difference between Pound, Euro or Dollar and treat them equally. The common factor in this virus is it infect the humans. All the other divisions among the human race is make no difference for virus and it serve them equally. Corona is teaching us so many lessons, but unfortunately the amount of cost it charge is unbearable. It is yet to see what history would say about London, Paris, Milan and New York. One thing is common –One game all four  knockout.
